Bowill bvba (referred to hereinafter as Hotel Restaurant Auberge l’Entrecôte) takes your privacy very seriously.
Although most of the information on this website is available without requiring the visitor to provide any personal data, users may nevertheless be asked for personal data.
This can be done, for example, when users make a reservation via web forms. This information will be used exclusively to answer your question. If no follow-up actions are required, your data will be deleted. If a user provides information on a fill-out form or sends us this information by email, we will use this exclusively to respond to the inquiry, unless the user has independently indicated wishing to remain informed in future. The information referred to above includes, in principle: name and email address. We also retain the correspondence between us and the user, such as correspondence related to newsletter subscription. Your consent will always be asked before you register for and receive our newsletter. Only the relevant data, this being your name and email address, are retained. Hotel Restaurant Auberge l’Entrecôte has no intention of collecting data about website visitors below the age of 16. It is, however, not possible for us to determine if a visitor is older than 16. We recommend that parents are involved with the online activities of their children with a view to preventing data about children being collected without parental permission.
Personal data are not passed on or sold to third parties who would like to make use of this data independently. We do, however, make use of certain services (website hosting, e-mail clients, back-up and data storage, etc.). These service providers are not permitted to use your data, but they are stored on their servers which means that, strictly speaking, they do receive (and process) this data. However, they have provided us with the necessary guarantees ensuring that your data is securely retained. They are, of course, held to observe the objectives included in our privacy statement. We can share your personal data in the event of a merger, acquisition or the sale of one or part of our assets. Of course, we will inform you of your rights in this by email and/or a clearly visible notification on our website.
We take the protection and security of your personal data very seriously. Although we take reasonable precautionary measures to protect the personal data we collect, no security system is impenetrable.
We use a wide range of suitable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data and to help prevent the theft, misuse and unauthorised access, disclosure, modification and destruction of information about you from taking place. We retain the personal data you provide on computer systems with limited access and in a controlled environment, for example. Besides this, we ensure that our external data suppliers offer suitable security measures.
Additionally, the security – with regard to web hosting – of the processed data is safeguarded because the data is encrypted on our website, because the website is provided with https protocol, because daily backups are made, because firewall protection is used, and because all processed personal data is retained within the European Union.
However, should a data leak occur despite all these precautionary measures, a mandatory report will be issued within 72 hours. Additionally, we will make every effort to resolve these problems as soon as possible and will amend our security policy to prevent similar problems from occurring in the future.
In accordance with the law on the processing of personal details of 25 May 2018, the user is legally entitled to consult and, if desired, to correct his/her personal data. The user has the right at all times to request the deletion of all his/her personal data. This can be done free of charge via info@auberge-lentrecote.be. If applicable, proof of identity (copy of an identity card) can be requested.
When visiting our website we collect only data which is needed to improve the functioning of our website. This is done via ‘cookies’. You will find more information about this in our Cookie Policy. Cookies also provide us with technical information, including the internet protocol (IP) address that is used to connect your computer to the internet, your browser type and version, the time zone settings, browser plug-in types and versions, the operating system and platform.

You are welcome to stay in one of our three-star guest rooms upon reservation. Please send us your details and wishes without obligation. We will then look together with you for an optimal arrangement and a warm and carefree stay.

Check-in possible from 16h30. Check-out till 11am on day of departure.
Reservation is necessary. Cancellation possible up to 1 week in advance. All information regarding check-in, cancellation and payment options can be found here.
Pets are not allowed.

We will always send you a confirmation.
