Sleeping & eating in style
Here in the heart of the Flemish Ardennes, in this former sailors’ inn, they aim for top quality in all areas.
Only the best is good enough for Jan, who only buys meat of the highest quality. Specialist dishes include homemade sweetbread croquettes, veal ribs, freshly ground and prepared beef tartare, as well as chef’s fore-rib.
